Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer/Receptionist at KLC. As a Receptionist/Telemarketer, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
- Identify and qualify sales leads.
- Engage with potential customers in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with potential customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions.
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales preferred.
Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls and emails
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Salary Range: 30k - 35k (+ Commission)
Office Location: Main Ferozepur Road, Lahore
Timings: 10am - 7pm (Monday - Saturday)
