Responsibilities
• Oversee & Manage day-to-day operation of the engineering workshop.
• Ensure smooth functioning of machines and equipment.
• Supervise and train workshop staff to ensure efficient and save operation of machines and tools
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment and coordinate procurement as needed.
• Trouble shoot and resolved technical issues related to machines, mechanical parts and electrical systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machines & Equipment.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, maintenance and installations.
• Monitor and optimize utilities systems, including fire hydrant pump systems and piping networks.
• M E P knowledge is also mandatory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the workshop and utilities areas.
• Collaborate with other departments to support production goals and resolved engineering related issues.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in engineering technology.
• Knowledge of safety standards, Mechanical standards and Electrical standards.
• Must have expertise in Auto cad 2D and 3D designing, growing knowledge, layout planning is recommended.
